Posting listings on Bazaaru is free. These terms are for the paid options: monthly plans for sellers and promotions for one listing (Bump, Highlight, TOP, Featured).
How to pay
- You pay by bank transfer to the account shown in the app, then upload the slip.
- Your plan or promotion starts when our team has checked the payment, usually within a few hours.
- Write the reference we show (your seller ID or the listing number) in the transfer remarks.
- There is no card payment and nothing renews by itself. You pay again only if you want another month.
Monthly plans
- A plan lasts 30 days from the day we confirm it. If you pay again before it ends, the new days are added to the end.
- What each plan gives is shown on the plans page. Free Bumps that are not used in a month do not carry over.
- If your account is blocked for breaking the rules, the plan ends without a refund.
Promotions for one listing
- Highlight, TOP and Featured run for the number of days shown when you buy them. A Bump is used at once.
- If you delete, sell or end the listing, the promotion ends too.
Refunds
- If we can not confirm your payment, we tell you why and you can upload the slip again.
- If you paid but changed your mind before we confirmed it, write to info@bazaaru.app and we send the money back.
- If Bazaaru stops working for more than 2 days in a row, we add the lost days to your plan.
- After a plan or promotion has started, there is no refund for the days left, except where the law says so.
