You can delete your Bazaaru account and data at any time, in the app or on the website. This works the same on Android, iPhone and computer.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Bazaaru.
- Open My Bazaaru, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, type your password (or DELETE) and tap Delete my account forever.
Your account is deleted at once.
Can not sign in?
Write to info@bazaaru.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number and profile photo.
- All your listings and their photos.
- Your chats and the photos and files in them (also for the other person).
- Your favourites, saved searches, followed sellers and notifications.
- Your devices and sign-in sessions.
What we keep for a while
- Payments you made are kept without your name (amount, date and what was bought) because accounting law asks for it.
- If there is an open report, a legal request or a police case, the data needed for it is kept until it is closed.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
